Your Day
From 9:00am
Your dedicated CCR chauffeur arrives at your door in a premium vehicle. No parking, no taxis, no logistics — just step in and enjoy the journey. Your guests are collected from their own doors too.
On Arrival
You are escorted directly to the CCR private enclosure. Champagne is waiting. Your raceday host welcomes you and your guests and ensures everyone is settled and looked after.
Pre-Race
CCR guests receive exclusive paddock access before the race. Walk alongside your horse, meet Kim Bailey or Mat Nicholls trackside, and hear directly from the trainer about the race plan.
Race Time
Watch your horse race in the CCR silks — the crowd, the cameras, and the atmosphere all around you. The enclosure erupts. This is the moment you and your guests will never forget.
Post-Race
Win or lose, you and your guests are escorted to the winners' enclosure for photographs with the horse and jockey. A private celebration follows in the CCR hospitality suite.
