Our Trainers
CCR works exclusively with two of Britain's most respected National Hunt trainers. Your horse is in the best possible hands — and Owner for the Day guests get a private briefing from the trainer on raceday.
Joint Trainer
Kim Bailey is one of the most decorated names in National Hunt racing. A former Champion Trainer with decades of top-level experience, Kim has trained winners at Cheltenham, Ascot, and across the major British festivals.
As joint trainer alongside Mat Nicholls, Kim brings decades of championship-level expertise to every CCR horse — and Owner for the Day guests receive a private paddock briefing from Kim before the race.

Mat Nicholls brings a sharp eye for talent and a meticulous approach to preparation. Based in the heart of the Cotswolds, Mat is known for producing horses that peak at exactly the right moment — making him a natural fit for the CCR experience.
As joint trainer alongside Kim Bailey, Mat ensures every Owner for the Day guest enjoys a personal raceday briefing in the paddock — direct from the trainer, before the race.
