A former Champion Trainer with decades at the top of National Hunt racing, Kim Bailey's Cotswolds yard is one of the most celebrated in Britain. His record at the major festivals speaks for itself — and his meticulous approach to preparation means every horse in his care is given the best possible chance to perform.
As joint trainer, Kim works alongside Mat Nicholls to ensure every CCR horse benefits from world-class gallops and a team that has produced winners at the highest level of the sport.

As joint trainer alongside Kim Bailey, Mat ensures every CCR partner enjoys direct access throughout the season — from pre-season stable visits to paddock briefings on raceday.

Horse Selections Announced to Partners First.
The horses for the 2026–27 CCR season are selected by Kim Bailey and Mat Nicholls ahead of each race meeting. Each horse is chosen for its potential, its suitability for the race, and its ability to give Owner for the Day guests a genuine chance of raceday success.
Full horse profiles — including breeding, form, and race targets — are shared with confirmed Owner for the Day guests ahead of their race meeting. Book your day first, and you'll receive everything you need to know about your horse before you arrive.
Places fill before horse profiles are released.
Owner for the Day dates are allocated on a first-come basis. Guests who book early get first access to horse information, race schedules, and raceday details. Don't wait — popular dates fill quickly.
